Savannah Olson has been a full-service Realtor since 2013 dedicated to providing a world-class experience for her clients in the Austin area. Specialties include residential investment property analysis, area growth pattern research, offer/contract negotiation, competitive bidding in multiple offer situations, and more. She has spent the past 3 years accumulating a wealth of experience to help her clients balance risk with value when considering a residential property investment. Her perpetual drive for excellence makes her invaluable to clients.


An original Austin girl, Savannah has lived in the area since she was 4 years old. After moving to Austin from Lubbock she and her family lived in the Barton Springs area, Travis Heights, and Old Town Bastrop. As a college student at UT Austin, Savannah lived in the areas of St. John's, Far West, and Oak Hill. Savannah started her family on the east side of Round Rock near Dell Computers and finally settled west of the IKEA area between Round Rock and Cedar Park. 

Savannah's first venture was an advertising business that served Georgetown, Leader/Cedar Park, and Pflugerville helping small businesses find ways to promote themselves. She became the Executive Board Director of Communications with the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce helping with events and marketing campaigns. With the evolution of the cable industry and after over 5 years of success, Savannah's business became obsolete. But her heart has always been with the small businesses of Travis and Williamson Counties and she continued finding ways to help them grow through her work at the Austin American-Statesman until she became a Realtor. 

Raised in a family dedicated to law and real estate, becoming a Realtor was a natural step for Savannah. Her mother retired from corporate law and has written over 20 mid-century romance novels. Savannah's father is a home builder and the owner of Bill Fowler Construction and her stepmom has served as a Realtor in Lubbock for over 30 years; Kay Fowler with Westmark. Her stepdad, Roger Gorrell, was a real estate attorney with Stewart Title in Austin for many years. He retired and served as a consultant until 2010. 

Today Savannah lives with her husband, Brian, in the same house where they raised their kids; Kayleigh and Logan. They love sampling craft beer on the weekends and listening to rockabilly or old Austin music. One of their favorite places is The Brass Tap in downtown Round Rock. They can also be found taking their westie, Bodie, to the Williamson County Regional Park or tooling around town in Savannah's new Audi, which she can't get enough of.
